Cal Men’s Soccer Announces Recruiting Class
San Rafael, CA: Following a season where they made their 12th postseason appearance in the last 17 seasons, the Cal men’s soccer team is excited to announce 8 new signee’s. These new additions to the squad will fill the void left by seven seniors who graduated this past season.
"We are really excited about our 2018 signing class," head coach Kevin Grimes said. "These eight players fit perfectly within our team's style of play, as well as our program's culture. We look forward to bringing this group into our program."
Now with the 2018 squad solidified, Coach Grimes and his staff look ahead to making another run at a National Championship this season. What comes next is an intensive schedule loaded with training and conditioning. Where players and coaches look to fine tune their soccer skills in an effort to field the best team they can once the season begins.
While it is easy too look ahead to the season and the challenges that come, the Cal men’s soccer team is focused on remaining in the present. With plans to make a run toward the championship this coming season.
